Sea Swim Cornwall’s Safe Swimming Guide – St Michael’s Mount

It’s an iconic Cornish landmark. Set in breathtaking surrounds. Apparently the most popular place in England for people to get engaged….and you can swim around it! St Michael’s Mount offers a phenomenal swim but you have to make sure the conditions are right. Most importantly for safety but also so that you actually enjoy it. There’s nothing worse than getting towards the back of the island in 3 foot of chop.

It’s also worth mentioning that the tourist ferries don’t generally run on a Saturday.
