A stunning social swimming evening. With swims at Polly Joke and the Gannel Estuary (Crantock). 2 swims of between 1-2km (depending on the swimmer).

ST AUSTELL BAY 5, 7.5 & 10K DAY EVENT

JULY 5

Originally the ‘10K Day’ event, this year we’ve adapted it to include a 5 and 7.5km option. The day consists of 4 x 2.5km swims, totalling 10km. We base the location of the swims on the days conditions, ensuring you swim in the most enjoyable and safest conditions that day has to offer. We also limit numbers and avoid less-desirable aspects of large events, like mass starts and tight turns around buoys.

ROSELAND / ST MAWES 5K DAY

AUG 2

A social, ‘non-event’ swimming 1/2 day out. Consisting of 3 beautiful swims of between 1-2km. Participant places limited to just 24 places. Swims are based in the Roseland / St Mawes area and we come up with exact swims / routes based on the forecast 2-3 days prior to the swims.
